At our Esthetic Spa, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Jean Marie Esthetics Wax & Spa experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

• Please wear your mask when entering 

• Please arrive at your appointment on time. 

• Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns 

• If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.

•  We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere

• Prices and services are subject to change at any time  

• A 24hr cancelation notice is required for all services. If services are canceled within 24hrs the deposited amount will not be refunded
